I. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you find that your package has been damaged during transit, please, if possible, refuse the delivery from the courier and contact our customer service.
If the package is delivered when you are not available, please contact customer service for further instructions.
J. Who Pays for Import Taxes and VAT?
In most cases, our packages do not require VAT for customs clearance. However, in certain cases—especially for bulk orders—we may need to provide more information to customs and collaborate with the buyer to provide relevant documents.
Please note that each destination country/region has a different threshold for import taxes based on the value of goods (before import taxes are applied).
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
