At JMcrystal, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience for our customers in the United States and Canada.
1. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the US and Canada.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@jmcrystal.com for a quote. Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once processed.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Times
To ensure artisanal quality, our products are dispatched from our specialized global hubs. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note: Import duties, taxes (VAT), and other customs-related charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. As the importer, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office for specific tax threshold information.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our international couriers, we will provide a Tracking Number via email.

Note: If you ordered both lighting and rugs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days (for lighting) or 15 business days (for rugs), please contact us.
5. Address Changes
Address changes are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched from our China or India facilities, we are unable to change the destination.
6. Cancellations & Damaged Items

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 30% processing fee will be charged to cover labor and material costs, as our items are prepared or put into production immediately.

Received a Damaged Package? Don't worry! Please sign for the delivery and send photos of the damage to info@jmcrystal.com. Our team will handle the insurance claim and assist you with an exchange or refund promptly.
