1. Warranty Coverage by Category

• Lighting Fixtures: JMcrystal lighting fixtures come with a 3-year limited warranty, ensuring no defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.

• Handcrafted Rugs: Due to the nature of natural fibers and handmade construction, rugs are covered by a 1-year limited structural warranty. This covers significant weaving defects or premature unraveling under normal residential use.

• LED Bulbs: LED bulbs are provided as a complimentary gift with our lighting fixtures. As they are provided at no additional charge, they are not covered under the warranty.

2. Covered Items

For Lighting:

• Wiring integrity and electrical components.

• Switch and socket failures.

• Structural defects in frame or mounting hardware.

• Finish defects (corrosion, abnormal peeling, or discoloration) under indoor conditions.

For Handcrafted Rugs:

• Significant weaving errors or missing tufts upon arrival.

• Pre-shipment structural damage.

• Defects in the backing material (for hand-tufted rugs).

3. Exclusions (What is NOT covered)

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or environmental factors, including:

General Exclusions:

• Improper installation or assembly.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Damage caused by accidents, fire, or natural disasters.

Lighting-Specific Exclusions:

• Power surges or electrical spikes.

• Exposure to extreme temperatures or outdoor weather (unless the fixture is specifically rated for outdoor use).

Rug-Specific Exclusions:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Fading over time due to sunlight exposure, or flattening of the pile in high-traffic areas.

• Artisanal Variations: Minor variations in color, shading, or texture which are inherent characteristics of handmade rugs and natural fibers (wool, jute, silk).

• Shedding: Natural shedding of wool fibers, which is expected and subsides with regular vacuuming.

• Improper Care: Damage from harsh chemical cleaners, pet accidents, or using a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar on high power.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty:

2. Provide your Order Number and clear Photos/Videos of the defect.

3. Our technical team will review the claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide a repair, a replacement part, or a full replacement at our discretion.
