Items shipped from jmcrystal.com (including jmcrystal warehouses) can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs, which vary based on the courier service you choose.

- If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable if we've fulfilled our shipping obligations, but a refund is possible if the package hasn't shipped.
